Frozen puree is the perfect choice for products when the taste of fresh fruit is most critical. Our frozen purees are made from sun ripened fruit harvested by selected growers. We focus broadly and therefore we always think of farmers, suppliers and customers in solutions and initiatives. Immediately after harvest the fruit is cleaned and processed into puree; seed in or seed out, and then pasteurized. Finally, it is packed in hygienic and easy to handle casings and frozen. The frozen puree is now ready to give your product a touch of summer and a beautiful taste of fruit. The range includes all the classic fruits including stone fruits, exotic and citrus fruits as well as a wide range of vegetables.
